Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker with hands-on experience in preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of bakery techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items such as breads, rolls, croissants, cakes, artisan breads,muffins, and other pastries Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation Measure and mix ingredients accurately using baking equipment and tools Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and timings as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and assist in inventory management Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate daily production schedules Requirements: Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant setup (minimum 1 year)Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Creativity in product presentation is a plus Experience in industrial bakery or production unit Job Type: Permanent
