About the role: • Handle end-to-end export of goods from UAE to GCC and Egypt via land, sea, and air modes. • Liaise with freight forwarders to receive quotations, compare costs, book space on vessels, and arrange trucks to meet the required ETA. • Well-versed with exports from UAE to Egypt and experienced in managing import clearance in Egypt. • Knowledge of Egyptian import regulations, documentation requirements, and working with Cargo X and related systems. • Coordinate with logistics service providers, brokers, and certifying agencies to arrange documentation for smooth movement and clearance in Egypt and GCC across land, sea, and air. • Familiar with export rules from UAE to GCC. • Organize the dispatch of goods with complete documentation. • Maintain trackers with movement milestones and update dashboards. • Examine shipping documents and check rates with freight forwarders for cost efficiency and schedule adherence. • Record customs clearance requirements and address gaps with missing documentation. • Review vendor invoices for storage, freight, and clearance charges and submit for payment. • Provide information on custom tariffs, tariff classifications, concessions, and methods of clearing goods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
