These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports, Dropkick, Supercare Pharmacy, Farm Fresh, Klassic, and international brands like Nike, Columbia, Converse, Timberland, Vans, Mama Sita's, and Mc Cain.About the role: • Handle end-to-end export of goods from UAE to GCC and Egypt via land, sea, and air modes.• Liaise with freight forwarders to receive quotations, compare costs, book space on vessels, and arrange trucks to meet the required ETA.• Well-versed with exports from UAE to Egypt and experienced in managing import clearance in Egypt.• Knowledge of Egyptian import regulations, documentation requirements, and working with Cargo X and related systems.• Coordinate with logistics service providers, brokers, and certifying agencies to arrange documentation for smooth movement and clearance in Egypt and GCC across land, sea, and air.• Familiar with export rules from UAE to GCC.• Organize the dispatch of goods with complete documentation.• Maintain trackers with movement milestones and update dashboards.• Examine shipping documents and check rates with freight forwarders for cost efficiency and schedule adherence.• Record customs clearance requirements and address gaps with missing documentation.• Review vendor invoices for storage, freight, and clearance charges and submit for payment.• Provide information on custom tariffs, tariff classifications, concessions, and methods of clearing goods.#J-18808-Ljbffr
