We are currently recruiting for a full-time Guest Services Assistant to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, and attractions Monitoring rate levels and occupancy to optimize revenue Administering front desk cashiering standards accurately and complying with policies and procedures Processing accounts from check-in to check-out with accurate postings of incidental charges using computerized systems Ensuring guest privacy by not disclosing any guest details Understanding hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, and being knowledgeable about hotel facilities and events Ideally, you'll have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry. You should demonstrate the ability to work with diverse teams, possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in relevant software.
