As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to: Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Outlets Manager in daily operations of assigned F&B outlets. Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with luxury hospitality standards. Supervise and support the restaurant team to maintain service excellence. Coordinate staff schedules, daily briefings, and shift allocations. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to uphold brand standards. Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock control. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Contribute to upselling initiatives and revenue maximization strategies. Support in organizing special events, private functions, and promotions. Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, wine lists, and hotel offerings. Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-end or luxury F&B environment. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences. Sound knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Professional appearance and demeanour in line with luxury service standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
