If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to join the team as In-Room Dining Supervisor and let us help you create a career journey like no other.As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to: Supervise and coordinate daily in-room dining (room service) operations to ensure timely and accurate service Lead and support the in-room dining team to deliver five-star hospitality and personalized guest experiences Ensure all orders are prepared, checked, and delivered according to hotel standards and within service timelines Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a guest-first attitude Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of trolleys, trays, and service areas Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping departments for smooth coordination of orders and service Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff are well-informed about menus, dietary requirements, and promotions Monitor inventory and assist with requisitions to maintain adequate stock levels Ensure accurate billing, check closures, and proper handling of guest payments Uphold safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with health and hotel standards Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in in-room dining or restaurant service in a 5-star hotel Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred Strong understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in POS and hotel systems (e.g., MICROS, Opera)Strong organizational and time-management skills Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of food safety, allergen protocols, and hygiene standards In return we'll give you a competitive financial and benefits package and the chance to work with a great team of people.
