Project Manager - L&D

Our client is a highly respected consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. They are committed to driving excellence in their consulting services through nurturing talent, leadership, and innovation. Manage and oversee leadership and development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their timely execution. Facilitate L&D sessions and workshops for team members. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Ensure all projects adhere to established standards and legal regulations. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. A successful Project Manager - L&D should have: Substantial knowledge in project management and L&D practices. A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Proven ability to manage all project aspects including strategic planning and execution. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
