Join to apply for the Senior BIM Manager (Project Manager) role at i Tech Engineering Consultancy Job Title: Senior BIM Manager (Project Manager) Reports to: CEO Job Description Summary The Senior BIM Manager (Project Manager) is responsible for planning and executing BIM projects profitably, ensuring they meet time, resource, and budget objectives. He/she manages technical resources across specialties (structural, architecture, MEP) and ensures BIM standards comply with contract terms. Responsibilities include: Planning and controlling project scope, quality, resources, milestones, and deliverables from setup to closure. Implementing BIM technologies on large-scale construction projects, including 4D and 5D modeling. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of BIM projects. Managing a team of technical BIM resources. Developing and enforcing BIM standards, procedures, and best practices. Collaborating with R&D to develop software tools for workflow optimization. People Management Providing leadership to BIM team members. Participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Managing resource allocation and resolving performance issues. Recommending development plans for team members. Promoting company values and rewarding supportive behaviors. Business Development Assisting in proposal development for new projects. Performing scope analysis, technical assessments, and resource estimation. Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients. Project Management Planning project setup, resources, milestones, and budgets. Monitoring BIM processes to meet objectives and making corrective actions. Leading clash detection and RFI resolution. Reviewing subcontractor adherence to BIM guidelines. Meeting with stakeholders to resolve design issues. Escalating issues to prevent project delays. Defining quality assurance and control procedures. Managing project documentation and archiving. Leading project meetings and preparing weekly reports. Creating and managing BIM execution plans. Producing construction documents and coaching discipline teams. Minimum Skills or Requirements A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar. 8-10 years of project experience, including supervisory roles. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, TEKLA, Microstation, MS Project, Excel, Word. Strong management, planning, and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting BIM operations and interoffice collaboration.
