Customer Service Representative - Fixed Term

Work Flexibility : Hybrid What you will do : Process customer orders (Oracle), monitor delivery dates, and work on improving these dates.Collaborate with the Purchasing, Suppliers, Commercial, RAQA, Finance, and Logistics teams on order processing matters.Support shipment arrangements by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and logistics, and providing necessary documentation.Deliver excellent customer service promptly via phone or email.Assist the RAQA team with quality issues, including RMA bookings and related matters.Handle and follow up on customer complaints.Archive documents related to orders and shipments, and assist during audits by providing requested documents.Support after-sales care, including replacements, in cooperation with Technical Service and RAQA.Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their inquiries.Assist in implementing discounts and FOC policies.Monitor customer payment terms with Finance to ensure shipments comply with credit limits.What you need : 2-3 years of relevant experience with a diploma or degree or equivalent.Experience with ERP systems is preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Proficiency in written and spoken English at least at an Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level.Responsibility, perseverance, and attention to detail.Experience working with large databases.Excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections.Strong focus on customer satisfaction.Travel Percentage : None #J-18808-Ljbffr
