Coordinate crew logistics, reducing overlap as much as possible, and ensure all relevant parties are informed of travel details, (crew member, vessel, agents, etc).Arrange any visas, vaccinations or additional training required for crew prior to mobilization, utilizing relevant support services where appropriate.Ensure any national and flag state certification required for each assigned crew member is obtained; checking licenses are valid at all times Ensure that personnel files and all crew certification are kept up to date, inductions of the new hired sea staff are carried out in line with the company carried out as per Company procedures.Maintain weekly crew change reports, detailing all on and off signers.Vessel Crew Changer in NSE is created at least 21 days prior to targeted crew change and system’s crew changer is applied 3 days upon completion of crew change Update crew details on the system (JDE and/or NSE) on a regular basis.Liaise with Finance to ensure that final settlements are in order prior to Payroll cut off.Raise Purchase Orders for travel, flag state and other services, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed to facilitate prompt payment of invoices.Send original documentation to assigned vessels on a regular basis.Liaise with HR and Crewing Manager on crew relief schedules.Liaise with the Master to ensure that crew appraisals are submitted on time for review and is circulated to Crewing Manager for further review Participate in the Out of Hours contact roster.any other duties to be directed by Crewing Manager Job Description Major Activities Arrange cost effective travel for crew joining and departing assigned vessels to meet crew change schedules.
