Job Description: MCV Crewing Coordinator This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a MCV Crewing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of crew changes, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of travel details.The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease. They will also have a working knowledge of STCW and flag state requirements.Coordinate crew change logistics, reducing overlap as much as possible.Arrange cost-effective travel for crew joining and departing assigned vessels.Ensure national and flag state certification is obtained for each assigned crew member.Maintain weekly crew change reports, detailing all on and off signers.Update crew details on the system (JDE and/or NSE) on a regular basis.Liaise with Finance to ensure final settlements are in order prior to Payroll cut-off.Raise Purchase Orders for travel, flag state and other services.Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management / Crew Management or similar field.2 years of mobilizing/planning crew for offshore industry.Benefits: Willingness to work flexible hours, ability to cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.Key Attributes: Offshore Vessel Owning Management.Marine Operating Standards and Requirements.
