Responsibilities Contact potential customers to introduce and sell our products effectively. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales manager. Provide accurate information about product features and pricing details. Listen to customer concerns and offer solutions to enhance satisfaction. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture and close sales deals. Upsell and cross-sell products by understanding customer needs deeply. Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies. Attend team meetings and share insights to drive sales improvements. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. Adapt quickly to changes in products, processes, or company protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Telesales Specialist or similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective selling. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in sales efforts. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to solutions. Experience with CRM software to manage and organize customer data. High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight sales deadlines.
