This position involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, close sales deals, and offer exemplary service. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets. In addition to strong selling abilities, the Telesales Specialist should have the capability to build and foster customer relationships, understand client needs, and effectively convey product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
