About The Role We are seeking an individual to assist the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high standards and quality across operations. Success in driving departmental KPIs related to Guest satisfaction, People, Product, and Profit is essential. You will motivate colleagues through training, coaching, and communication while overseeing departmental profitability. About You The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant beach bar or related experience, preferably with international exposure in a 5-star hotel.
