The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving departmental KPIs related to Guest satisfaction, People development, Product quality, and Profitability. Responsibilities include engaging and motivating colleagues through training and coaching, as well as overseeing departmental profitability. About you The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant beach bar or related experience. Previous international experience within a 5-star hotel environment is preferred. A strong understanding of business acumen and P&L management is essential.
