With us, you have the opportunity to gain new and challenging experiences and create a significant impact.Product Specialist Rx Location: UAE, Dubai Job Description To promote Galderma's product portfolio to dermatologists and medical professionals in the assigned territory, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure sustainable growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the brand and products aligned with regional and local strategies, enhancing the company's reputation with each visit. Implement sales and marketing programs to deliver company strategies with stakeholders and pharmacies.Job Responsibilities Plan and visit doctors according to target schedules.Build long-term relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals to foster brand loyalty and business growth.Engage and increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.Maintain the company's image as a dermatology leader and ensure product availability in all target accounts, especially key accounts.Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.Implement marketing plans, including detailing, presentations, and organizing meetings and campaigns.Stay updated with product data and knowledge, discussing this information during visits.Allocate resources effectively in coordination with the line manager.Review sales performance and develop action plans accordingly.Report activities and results regularly.Gather marketplace information on competitors' pricing, products, and techniques.Handle customer complaints and develop solutions.Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and ethical standards.Maintain strong medical knowledge in the relevant disease area and products.Report pharmacovigilance data as required.Minimum Requirements Pharmacist with significant sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.At least 4-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry.Proven sales record with engaging customer interactions and target achievement.Analytical, detailed, organized, and systematic.Experience in territory and distributor management is advantageous.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.What We Offer A diverse and inclusive work environment that values different perspectives.Competitive compensation, bonuses, and benefits.Growth opportunities in a company that encourages ownership and accountability from day one.Next Steps Apply with an English CV.Initial virtual interview with the recruiter if shortlisted.Follow-up virtual interview with the hiring manager.Final panel interview with the extended team.Our People Make a Difference At Galderma, you'll work with a diverse team that values professionalism, collaboration, and support.
