Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical Products We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in the UAE market.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer and scientific markets, as well as experience working with healthcare professionals to ensure successful product positioning.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement B2B marketing plans and campaigns tailored to our brands Coordinate product launches, promotions, and awareness activities in collaboration with Sales and Medical teams Oversee and optimize the CRM platform to track performance Analyze CRM data and KPIs to inform strategy, segment audiences, and improve lead nurturing Produce high-quality, brand-aligned assets: slide decks, brochures, e-mail templates, digital presentations, case studies, and white papers Ensure all marketing materials are up to date, compliant with local regulations, and readily available for the Sales team Design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules on product features, clinical data, and competitive positioning Equip Sales representatives with sales-enablement tools, objection-handling guides, and up-to-date product knowledge Act as the marketing liaison to field teams, responding promptly to ad-hoc requests for materials, data, and campaign support Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regulatory, Medical, and Finance to ensure marketing activities meet compliance, budget, and ROI objectives Required Skills and Qualifications: BSc in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent. MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a plus.4–8 years of UAE pharmaceutical market experience, particularly in dietary supplements and/or conventional medicines (Rx & OTC) within a distributor or multinational company.Familiarity with retail pharmacy chains, hospitals, clinics, and e-commerce platforms in the UAE.Strong understanding of consumer marketing for supplements and scientific marketing for medicines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.Proficient in MS Office, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.Benefits: Occasional travel within UAE and potentially to regional supplier meetings.Full-time, Permanent position.About the Role: This is a mid-senior level role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE.
