The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site-based project management, quality control, and stakeholder coordination, with a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi s regulatory and construction standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead the on-site supervision and management of infrastructure and utilities works, including roads, drainage, water supply, electrical, telecom, and other civil works.Oversee and coordinate the activities of site engineers, inspectors, and technical staff, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and performance.Review and approve construction plans, method statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.Monitor contractor performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery within budget.Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential project delays or safety risks.Prepare and present detailed progress reports, technical assessments, and project status updates to senior management and clients.Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and project safety plans.We are WSP - Join us and make your career future ready!Think bigger scale.
