Recruiter Chinese Speaker (Consumer Electronics,Mobility Products)Job Summary: We are looking foran experienced Chinese speaking Recruiter with a strong background in hiringfor international markets within the consumerelectronics sector, preferably focused on mobilityproducts (such as smartphones, smart devices, accessories). The idealcandidate will have proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment forglobal roles and building talent pipelines across various geographies. Fluencyin both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitmentcycle for international roles within the consumer electronics and mobilityproduct segments.Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand role needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.Source candidates globallyusing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, andindustry networks.Conduct candidate screeningsand interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.Deliver an excellentcandidate experience throughout the hiring process.Coordinate interviewscheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding.Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment reporting systems.Stay updated on market trendsand talent landscapes relevant to consumer electronics.Work independently whilepartnering with international hiring teams.Qualifications: Chinese national withnative-level Mandarin fluency and strong English communication skills(written and verbal).Proven experience inrecruiting for international markets in the consumer electronics industry,with a focus on mobility products.Strong sourcing skills usingmodern tools (Boolean search, Linked In, niche job boards).Ability to manage multiplevacancies in fast-paced environments.Excellent stakeholdermanagement and organizational skills.Familiarity with applicanttracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
