In property maintenance, we are committed not only to ensuring that everything functions properly but also to delivering a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations—creating memorable moments for our guests.As a Maintenance Technician, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, where we believe that anything is possible, all while having fun in our work!Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician : Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion.Achieve departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets.Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance goals.Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company's culture and values.Ensure adherence to all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.Requirements of the Kitchen & Laundry Technician : Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.A hands-on approach with a proactive work style.A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.Personal integrity and a drive for excellence in a demanding environment.Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman features stylish interiors, a variety of restaurants and bars, and a service-minded team with a Yes I Can! attitude.Located in the Northern Emirates, the hotel offers 148 elegant rooms with Apple TV connectivity, a signature Italian restaurant, a spa with private massage rooms, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, and shuttle service to a private white sandy beach.The hotel also has 4 meeting rooms and a large ballroom, ideal for memorable meetings, weddings, and events.CAREERSJoin us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and become part of the most inspired hotel company in the world.
