Role - Fire Alarm /Security Systems Technician Type - Outsourced Location- Abu Dhabi/Dubai/North Emirates Contract -6 Months extendable Salary 4000-4500 AEDKey Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance Install fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, and related devices.Install and configure security systems including CCTV, access control, intercoms, and intrusion detection systems.Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operational and compliant.Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and resolve faults in fire detection and security systems.Replace or repair defective parts, wiring, or equipment components.Test alarm systems using test devices and maintain performance logs.Compliance & Documentation Ensure systems are installed in accordance with civil defense and NFPA codes.Maintain proper documentation for each installation including test reports, service logs, and compliance certifications.Coordinate with civil defense or third-party inspectors for system approval and testing.Coordination Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors for installation schedules and material delivery.Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
