Black Pearl is working with a leading client in the UAE who is seeking an experienced and reliable HR Generalist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day HR functions, with a focus on employee onboarding and general HR tasks, except for recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law to support the growth of the organization.Key Responsibilities : Employee Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience for all new hires.General HR Functions : Oversee various HR functions including maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.HR Reporting : Create, update, and maintain regular HR reports using Excel and other HR tools. Analyze and present data to assist in decision-making processes.HRIS Implementation & Maintenance : Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring the system supports efficient HR processes.Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
