In this role, you will work closely with clients and their teams to understand their unique needs, streamline processes, and ensure that their CRM platforms deliver measurable value aligned with their business objectives. They are looking for someone with a strong technical background in Dynamics CRM.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize CRM system requirements.Analyze clients' existing CRM solutions and recommend improvements or alternative tools to align with their business objectives.Review and optimize clients' CRM workflows to enhance efficiency and automation.Develop and manage detailed project plans for client engagements, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and resources meet agreed-upon goals.Provide training and ongoing support to client teams to ensure successful CRM adoption and usage.Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.Minimum 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dev Ops.Hands-on expertise in CRM modules: Sales, Service, Customer Journey (Insights & Data), and Field Service.Knowledge of the Projects Operations module (preferred but not mandatory).Experience with data migration using tools like Kingsway Soft and native Excel imports.Integration knowledge, including mapping with F&O via dual write, is an added advantage.Ability to configure CRM features such as Goals, Sales Forecasts, Accelerators, Customer Insights, Sequences, and Lead Scoring.Proficient in Power BI report creation and advanced dashboards.Proficient in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), FIT GAP analysis, process flows (Visio and ER diagrams), Training Manuals, and UAT scripts.Familiarity with database management, reporting tools, and process automation.Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Capable of conducting CRP sessions, client demos, and training sessions independently.Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 Licenses for CE modules and the ability to address client queries.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Salt by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Customer Relationship Management Consultant” roles.Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Continue with Google Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 13 hours ago Business Analyst - ATM Domain (NCR and Diebold)Senior Customer Success Manager (Travel Industry experience required)CRM & Billing Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics Business analyst for leading Insurances Industry in Dubai We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
