Dubai is located on the southern shore of the Arabian Gulf and has a subtropical, arid climate.What you will do Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, performing repairs in electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior paint, and decorating as per the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level.Assist in electrical & mechanical repairs and maintenance of motors, starters, breakers, and associated equipment throughout the building.Maintain logs for all work performed during shifts.Maintain and relamp all hotel lamps, including socket repairs and replacements.Assist with electrical wiring for renovations, outlet additions, motors, and equipment.Provide electrical setups for exhibits and conventions, maintaining related electrical equipment.Assist in preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment, updating logs accordingly.Understand monthly FCU filter replacements and drain chemical pouring.Assist shift engineers and other departments as needed.Maintain records on systems like preventive maintenance, work requests, firefighting panels, and company trucks.Process requisition orders and handle paperwork for accounts payable and requesting departments.Oversee and update checklists for all mandatory systems.Understand basic GRMS system operations and troubleshoot basic issues.Operate, direct, and dispatch work assignments via telephone and Hot SOS system.Operate BMS systems.What you bring Minimum 2 years of technical trade school or relevant work experience.Experience in administration is an advantage.What we offer Work authorization.Competitive tax-free salary, service charge, tips.End of service gratuity.Complimentary high-quality staff housing.Gym and swimming pool facilities.Free transportation to and from work.Medical and life insurance.Paid annual leave and home leave tickets.Social and sporting events.Learning & Development programs.Career growth opportunities and international transfers.And more…Schedule & Hours6 days per week, 48 hours of work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
