Spa Attendant

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Spa Department in Dubai, the Spa Attendant is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner. Spa Attendant reports to Assistant Spa & Fitness Manager.As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties: Prepare and maintain all spa areas according to Mandarin Oriental s standards, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.Replenish consumables, manage supplies, and ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained and functional.Report any damage, breakages, or losses to management and coordinate necessary repairs or operational adjustments.Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and follow established procedures.Ensure spa security and safety by locking access points after hours and monitoring electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.Complete shift checklists, stay updated on spa operations and promotions, and strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.As a Spa Attendant, we expect from you: Senior School qualification or equivalent is a must Hotel school graduates will be preferable Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in the same position and has worked in a reputable 5-star hotel Previous work experience in Guest Services Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage Good understanding of Spa public area duties and ability to explain spa equipment and spa offerings Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
