The TECOM Group portfolio consists of 10 business districts catering to six vital knowledge-based economic sectors, including design, education, manufacturing, media, science, and technology.The 10 business districts are: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Outsource City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Production City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Industrial City and Dubai Design District (D3).About the Role: The role holder is responsible for managing co-working space site operations by managing end to end requirements of operating the co-working site from handling the on-site facilities to development of value adding propositions to achieve the target customer experience. The role holder will also support the Programs and Events function by providing operational and coordination support in execution of events. The role holder will be in charge of defining how the resources are organized for optimal execution in running the day-to-day operations of the co-working space with an eye towards delivering on a fantastic member experience.The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Strategic & Budgetary Support: Assist in developing and executing the co-working space’s strategy, KPIs, and budget in alignment with business goals.Operational Efficiency: Manage daily operations, ensure workflow optimization, cost control, and policy compliance to drive productivity and profitability.Front Desk & Member Onboarding: Supervise reception operations, application processing, and ensure seamless registration and mailroom services.Customer Service Management: Lead the team to maintain high service standards, promptly address member inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.Facility & Building Oversight: Inspect premises, maintain booking systems, and coordinate with facilities and IT teams for upkeep and enhancements.Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE standards and corporate policies for a safe and compliant operational environment.Vendor & IT Coordination: Manage external service providers and IT support to ensure uninterrupted service and efficient operational support.Event & Programming Support: Facilitate smooth execution of events and programming by coordinating operational support and anticipating member needs.Stakeholder & Member Engagement: Foster relationships with members and stakeholders through regular feedback sessions and implement enhancements.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Develop KPIs, generate performance reports, monitor feedback, and drive continual improvement through benchmarking and process optimization.About you: The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience: • UAE National with Family Book or Marsoom.• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/hospitality or any related discipline.• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role running workplace operations within a similar organization.• Middle East experience is preferred.• Good understanding of the UAE corporate, business, cultural and institutional environment.• Strongly engrained commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.• Well organized problem solver with the ability to foresee operational and customer challenges in advance.• Excellent planning and organizing skills• Ability to drive sustainability and responsible business practices.• An inherent sense of integrity and professionalism.• Capable of thriving in ambiguous situations and flexible to adapt to an evolving organization.• Enterprising personality with advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels.• Results oriented with the ability to drive and exceed targets.• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to prepare Gantt charts, project timelines, and tracking.• Fluent in oral and written English.
