AECOM Project Surveyor (Grade III) in Dubai- United Arab Emirates United Arab Emirates – Dubai- Dubai Job Summary Undertakes responsibilities independently and/or under very generalsupervision- where work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and accuracy.Provides expertise and supervision utilising more than one competence onprojects of varying scope and complexity. Provides expertise and supervisionwith completing the measurement of quantities for input into cost plans- costestimates and bills of quantities. Provides expertise and supervision with thepreparation of tender documentation. Provides expertise and supervision withviability studies and cost estimates. Provides expertise and supervision withimplementing-maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures throughout the duration oa project. Provides expertise and supervision with providing necessary inpurelated to financial claims. Provides expertise and supervision withevaluating variations- additions and omissions- etc.- and incorporating theseinto monthly cost reports. Provides expertise and supervision with preparing-pricing and negotiating change orders with clients and contractors. Ensuresall deliverables comply fully with the IMS- QA / QC including the use of Uniphi etc.Minimum of 5 years` experience in project surveying and / or construction services. Significant demonstrated expertise in one or more specialist competencies. Working towards MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
