Learn more: www.crayon.com As our new Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with a list of named accounts in the UAE. You will drive revenue across our services offerings, ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.Other responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to define and implement strategies that align with their needs and goals, leveraging Crayon's IT solutions to deliver value Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, aiming to increase revenue Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client requirements Lead negotiations for contracts and renewals, ensuring terms meet both client expectations and company objectives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts Require 7+ years of experience in key account management within the IT services industry, with a focus on strategic accounts Experience selling cloud-based solutions and services Solid knowledge of the UAE IT and technology landscape About You: Results-oriented and customer-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and nurturing effective relationships at all levels, from technical to CXOStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer?Premium Medical Insurance (Sukoon)Employee Health and Wellness Program Employee Discount Program Upskilling through certifications and training Annual flight ticket (for UAE Nationals) or Annual Return Flight to Home Country (for Expats)At Crayon, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
