Elevate and edit existing content to align with Wio's voice: smart, simple, and optimistic. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, legal, compliance, and design to deliver resonant messaging. Support the full customer journey with clear, engaging content from acquisition to engagement and support. Stay informed on fintech, banking, and digital communication trends to keep Wio relevant and forward-thinking. What You'll Bring: Native English speaker with 3+ years of copywriting experience in creative agencies, fintech, or tech environments. Strong conceptual thinker and storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills. Comfortable working across various formats and channels, from punchy headlines to long-form storytelling. Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, accessible content. Experience working with brand tone and voice guidelines. Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital performance metrics.
