About the role As a Digital Marketing professional with experience in Community Management and Copywriting, you will support the content and social teams on various projects in UAE. You will immerse yourself in the foodservice and luxury lifestyle sectors, quickly learning and honing your skills across these dynamic industries. You should understand audiences well and be able to adapt your communication to appeal to them across different subject matters. Your responsibilities include crafting high-performing content for foodservice audiences, managing community engagement for jewelry and diamond-related social channels, and ensuring all communications are relevant, on-brand, and tailored to multifaceted audiences in UAE and KSA. What you'll do Write editorial, social, and CRM content tailored to foodservice audiences, focusing on SEO and performance goals. Interview food service operators and professionals to create audience-focused editorial content. Engage and moderate communities in English and Arabic on platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, and Reddit in UAE and KSA, responding actively to foster engagement. Collaborate with global teams to align content and community strategies across diverse topics. Plan, ideate, and execute content across multiple channels, adapting tone and messaging as needed. Monitor social sentiment, track engagement metrics, and report insights to inform future strategies. Support influencer collaborations and guide conversations around luxury lifestyle. Stay updated on platform changes and social trends to identify creative opportunities. About you Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation and social media community management. Exceptional writing skills in English and Arabic, with flexibility in tone and subject matter. Strong understanding of UAE and KSA digital and social media behaviors and best practices. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok, and CMS platforms. Bonus: Experience in the food industry or luxury jewelry sector is a strong advantage.
