The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Health Club and Recreation, deliver excellent guest and customer service, and support both guests and colleagues.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Emirati candidates only Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Guest and customer service experience and basic computer skills Adherence to Shangri-La Values Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: Handle reservations, manage the front desk, provide customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa Assist with inventory management, promote health club services, and support financial tasks as needed Ensure smooth administration of the Health Club to hotel standards Coordinate all correspondence, emails, and administrative duties Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service Be fully familiar with all hotel services and facilities Maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems The hotel features 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, 6 villas with private pools, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments.
