Description

Position: HR Officer Work Location: Abu Dhabi Salary : 5000 - 5500 AEDImmediate Joining ( available in UAE )Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer with expertise in onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also be fluent in Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws.Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.- Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records.- Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.- Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the recruitment process.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.Experinces in handling more than 1000 Headcount- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.- Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and manage the HR budget.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and payroll.- Fluent in Arabic , Tagalog and English, both written and verbal.- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- High level of organization and attention to detail.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
