Reservation Supervisor
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our team. As a Reservation Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing our reservation department ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department Train mentor and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations Qualifications : Proven experience in hotel reservations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Proficient in data analysis and report generation Ability to make quick informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays Additional Information : Diversity&Inclusionfor Accor means welcoming each and everyoneandrespecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities andskills in extending employment and development opportunities.
