Modular solutions that match every community s characteristics and enable swapping in seconds, replacing the need for petrol-powered motorcycles and dedicated charging stations.Job Summary The 3PL Accountant will be responsible for handling all financial activities related to our third-party logistics partners. This includes managing billing, invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations. The ideal candidate should bring at least 4+ years of accounting experience within the UAE, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for all 3PL accounts and partners.Prepare and issue timely invoices and billing statements in line with contractual terms.Reconcile accounts receivable and payable related to 3PL vendors.Track partner payments, aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Manage cost allocation, revenue recognition, and ledger entries for 3PL-related activities.Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to verify service data before invoicing.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, accounting standards, and company policies.Assist in audits, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 3PL-related revenue streams.Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments with vendors and clients.Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or fleet operations.Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and compliance procedures.Hands-on experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems).Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with financial data and reports.High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments and with external vendors.Preferred Qualifications Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) or fleet partners.Knowledge of cost control, vendor reconciliations, and logistics-based accounting models.Familiarity with automated financial reporting tools or dashboards.Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
