Partner Recruitment Responsible for the recruitment of the partners which can provide last mile delivery service for the users in UAE, and combined with local policies to help partners improve the efficiency of rider recruitment. Those with 3PL (motorcycle, automobile) resources in Dubai or Abu Dhabi are preferred;2. Partner Policies and Business Standards Combined with local market surveys, jointly formulate service partner access rules, competitive incentive policies, and replacement mechanisms with relevant departments;3. Partner Training Combined with market conditions and platform business specifications, formulate rider distribution operation standards (SOP), training plans and assessment programs for riders and service providers, and regularly complete training and assessment to ensure that the partners and affiliated riders operate legally and efficiently;4. Partner Operation Management Formulate, dismantle phased business goals, operate and manage the partners and affiliated riders through market strategies, business practices, digital tools and standardized SOP-driven management. Achieve business goals, and conduct regular reviews and summaries;Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of work experience in partner strategy or D side operations; with experience in exploring projects from 0 to 1 is preferred.2. Proficient in using SQL, with excellent data acquisition/analysis skills and business insight, able to propose operational strategies based on analysis results and partner characteristics, and is open to challenges, having a background in business analysis, consulting, or statistics is a plus.3. Good project management skills, self-motivation, communication and coordination abilities, and a certain level of business acumen.4.
