Description

Serve as the first point of contact for EMR users, resolving technical issues related to software functionality, user access, data integrity, and system performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot errors in patient records, billing modules, e-prescribing, and reporting tools, escalating complex issues to the development team when needed.Assist with EMR upgrades, patches, and integrations (e.g., HL7, lab interfaces, third-party apps) while minimizing downtime.Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency.Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for EMR users, resolving technical issues related to software functionality, user access, data integrity, and system performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot errors in patient records, billing modules, e-prescribing, and reporting tools, escalating complex issues to the development team when needed.Assist with EMR upgrades, patches, and integrations (e.g., HL7, lab interfaces, third-party apps) while minimizing downtime.Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency.Training & User Adoption: Design and deliver customized training programs for healthcare staff (clinicians, administrators, billing teams) tailored to their workflows (e.g., appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management).Conduct onboarding sessions for new users and refresher trainings for existing staff to optimize EMR utilization.Create training materials, including step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, ensuring alignment with Centaur s latest features and updates.Gather user feedback to identify training gaps or system inefficiencies and advocate for improvements.Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with healthcare staff, acting as a trusted advisor for EMR best practices.Proactively communicate with clients about upcoming updates, downtime, or new features.Travel occasionally (if applicable) to client sites for hands-on training and support.Requirements: 4+ years of EMR support and training experience Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training.Why This Role?Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare EMR solution.Flexible work arrangements.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.EMR Support Analyst & Trainer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
