Position: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, HVAC, piping networks, valves, conveyors, boilers, and other machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs. Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams for integrated maintenance activities. Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local standards, and manufacturer specifications. Support installation, testing, commissioning, and upgrades of mechanical systems. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements. Liaise with vendors regarding spare parts, service contracts, and warranty claims. Conduct inspections and internal audits for safety and reliability. Candidate Profile: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. Experience in facilities, manufacturing, utilities, or construction sectors is advantageous. Knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
