We pride ourselves on delivering reliability and trust to our clients, as expected from a major EPC contractor.Archirodon has secured a significant Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE and is assembling a team of experienced Lead Engineers based in our UAE office to lead the multidiscipline engineering of the project.The project involves detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning/start-up of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon systems. The main goal is to enhance production capacity by adding a new Production Train and related facilities at existing stations.Role Summary: The Senior Design Engineer Rotating will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals. Responsibilities include: Reporting to the Lead Design Engineer Rotating Leading engineering efforts in their discipline to ensure timely completion Interacting with Client counterparts (ADNOC) as needed Reviewing engineering works within their expertise What you will need to have: BE or equivalent in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects and detailed engineering Strong technical background with expertise in basic and detailed engineering from feasibility to startup Experience in international environments Proficiency with relevant software for Oil & Gas projects Knowledge of international codes, standards, and design guidelines Experience with environmental regulations and laws is advantageous Excellent English communication skills Leadership and project management capabilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams Commitment to safety and quality standards You are someone who: Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills Is goal-oriented, resilient, and perseverant Wants to learn and grow professionally Is proactive and initiative-taker Demonstrates sound project management skills Is effective at troubleshooting and decision-making Works well in diverse, multicultural teams Is commercially savvy What’s in it for you: Professional growth, challenging projects, collaborative environment, competitive compensation.
