Senior Engineer in Renewable Energy

You will have to lead and manage in developing projects focused on renewable energy solutions, emphasizing green hydrogen and its derivatives.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector in Arabian Gulf particularly UAE.Engage with government agencies in the Arabian Gulf region, particularly in the UAE, to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and partnerships.Collaborate with Industrial and/or Oil and Gas companies to develop and execute innovative renewable energy solutions.Oversee commercial activities, including partnership negotiations, market analysis, and sales strategies.Provide technical channel and leadership to multi-disciplinary teams working on renewable energy projects.Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.Manage complex assignments involving multiple stakeholders across different sectors.EXPERIENCE10+ years (in various roles as described)At least 5 years of practical experience in renewable energy engineering Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the energy sector.Extensive experience dealing with government agencies in the Arabian Gulf region, particularly in the UAE.At least 3 years of commercial experience in the energy industry.ESSENTIAL SKILLSExcellent knowledge of renewable energy technologies, specifically green hydrogen.Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governmental processes, in the Gulf area.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment, dealing with international companies and investors.Strong project management and organisational skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.DESIRABLE SKILLSProven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Experience in Oil & Gas industry and Large manufacturing industries Knowledge on green hydrogen and its applications.EDUCATIONBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.BENEFITSCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health insurance.Professional development opportunities.A dynamic and international working environment.Opportunities to work with leading experts in the renewable energy sector.How to apply?If you are interested in joining us, please fill this form and include the required documentation.
