You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive and professional relationships with new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to implement sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will be required to travel extensively to meet prospective clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products or services. It is essential for you to have strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. You should be proactive and possess the ability to work independently, often handling multiple clients and territories simultaneously, which contributes to the achievement of sales targets and company growth.Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully managing a designated territory.Build and foster strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.Present and effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company.Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales efforts and marketing campaigns.Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and market trends.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow-up.Attend industry trade shows and events to represent and promote company offerings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in a field setting.Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in challenging situations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing sales deals.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple clients.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management processes.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets consistently.Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as part of the job.Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Business Development Keywords Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
