Senior UI Visual Designer

Job Title: Visual Designer (UI Design)Duration: Contractual: 06-months, Extendable Location: Onsite – Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Oversee the overall product look, define brand personality, and align design with strategic vision.Product Design: Develop wireframes and UX concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadingstakeholder workshops.Planning & Assessment: Estimate efforts, plan UX workstreams (including IA), and conduct user testing to refine design decisions.Collaboration & Communication: Work with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth design handoff andincorporating feedback.Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field (MSc/MA a plus)• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI, Visual Design, or a similar domain• Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, In Vision, etc.)• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, UX principles, and information architecture• Experience in banking/financial domains or the GCC region is an advantage• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design for web and native apps What We’re Looking For• A visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics• A creative problem-solver who embraces ambiguity and complexity• A strong collaborator who thrives in team-oriented environments• An innovation-driven thinker who challenges the norm• Someone self-motivated, open to feedback, and eager to experiment and learn• A design thinker who appreciates user experience as a craft and science #J-18808-Ljbffr
