Customer Service Agent (Emiratization)
Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all the below work such as-Main Responsibilities Performs functions which include: answering telephones, chats, and emails; providing results via mail; assisting patients and clients with questions and/or complaints; resolving internal laboratory specimen problems; acting as a liaison between customers and the laboratory to promote increased customer satisfaction with laboratory services by both successfully answering inquiries/resolving problems and presenting a positive professional image.Experience1) Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience – medical background is preferable.2) 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Medical Coding, or medical setting environment.3) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and helpdesk software.5) Customer service experience is appreciated.6) Ability to work in a team environment.7) Experience working in a fast-paced environment.8) Language preference: English/Arabic is a plus.9) Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.10) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in rotational shifts.11) UAE Nationals with a family book will only be considered.Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative, Customer Service, and Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
