Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our office-based team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote). The role is focused entirely on online customer support — no face-to-face interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries through email, chat, and calls, handle B2B and B2C leads, qualify potential clients, and book meetings for our sales or operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and timely communication flow with all prospects and customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via online channels (email, Whats App, social media, phone) Handle both B2B and B2C inquiries professionally and efficiently Qualify leads and book meetings for sales consultations or site visits Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, follow-ups, and scheduling Keep CRM records up to date with all client communications Monitor incoming leads and ensure a timely response during working hours Support the team in improving client experience and satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in customer service , especially online or over the phone Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is required; Ability to qualify clients and book meetings effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and booking tools Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks Comfortable working strictly within office hours (on-site) Background in interior design, renovations, or home improvement is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Industries Interior Design Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lux Renov8 by 2x Get notified about new Customer Service Representative jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
