Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our office-based team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote). The role is focused entirely on online customer support — no face-to-face interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries through email, chat, and calls, handle B2B and B2C leads, qualify potential clients, and book meetings for our sales or operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and timely communication flow with all prospects and customers.
