This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who excel in both quality control inspection and HR/administrative coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of inspection operations and project compliance while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee documentation.This is a fast-paced role requiring precision adaptability and excellent communication skills ideal for professionals looking to contribute to large-scale engineering and inspection projects across the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Inspection Coordination Manage and monitor inspection schedules ensuring timely execution across all active projects.Prepare update and maintain all QA/QC documentation including reports checklists and compliance logs.Coordinate with inspection teams third-party inspectors clients and contractors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.Participate in project meetings with EPC contractors PMC consultants and clients to provide QC insights and updates.Maintain up-to-date calibration and certification records for inspection equipment and personnel.Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external quality audits.HR & Administrative Support Support the recruitment cycle for technical staff from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.Manage employee records including training certificates HSE documentation and compliance files.Coordinate induction programs and training schedules for new hires.Ensure alignment of all personnel records with client and site-specific requirements.Liaise with payroll project teams and finance to track timekeeping attendance leave records and mobilization data.Provide administrative assistance for manpower planning visa processing and compliance with UAE labor regulations.Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related field.5 8 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC Coordinator or similar role within the inspection or engineering industry.Hands-on experience in HR coordination particularly in field staff recruitment and documentation.Proven knowledge of ISO standards quality assurance procedures and HR compliance.Must hold a valid CSWIP certification (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ERP and workforce management system experience is a plus.Preferred Candidate Profile: Currently on a Visit Visa or with a Canceled Visa status in the UAE.Available for immediate joining or with minimal notice period.Holding a valid UAE driver s license is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
