Job Purpose: The Coordinator - Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of real estate properties. This role involves coordinating facility operations, managing service providers, and addressing facility-related requests to maintain high standards of upkeep. Additionally, the role requires handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a seamless tenant and stakeholder experience. Key Accountabilities: Facility Management & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of real estate properties, ensuring a high standard of upkeep and operational efficiency. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, landscaping, and security. Conduct regular site inspections to proactively identify and address maintenance issues. Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. C: Manage work requests from tenants, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports. Assist in the procurement of facility-related services and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs. Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for facility management expenses. Track maintenance expenses and prepare detailed reports for management review. Provide insights into facility operations, vendor performance, and service quality. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere to UAE safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct safety drills as required. Monitor security measures and collaborate with security teams to maintain a safe environment. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Educational Qualification & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in facility management, real estate operations, or a related field. Skills required: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
