Service Advisors are the first point of contact for customers in the workshop; they represent the Service Department and embody trust and confidence.What you will do Ask questions and record customer requests promptly.Gather accurate symptoms of complaints for quick resolutions.Empathize with and clarify customer requests.Check workshop status and promise delivery times.Verify invoices and work performed for accuracy.Inform customers upon work completion and coordinate pickup times.Explain the work done and invoice details clearly, guiding customers to the cashier.Promote value-added services.Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Required skills to be successful3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.Technical knowledge to provide up-to-date information in response to customer inquiries.Excellent customer service skills, willing to go the extra mile.Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.About the team The role reports to the Reception Manager and involves working in a busy workshop environment, interacting daily with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman, and Technicians.What equips you for the role Diploma or Degree in Technical School, or a Certificate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar roles.Broad knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant is essential.About Al-Futtaim Automotive Al-Futtaim Automotive, a major division of the UAE-based Al-Futtaim Group, operates in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
