With staff representing over 30 languages and countries, the hotel offers an international five-star experience.Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Responding promptly to group and event inquiries, preparing tailored proposals, and checking availability according to hotel offerings and brand standards.Preparing accurate contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), invoices, and supporting documents, ensuring alignment with client expectations and hotel procedures.Serving as the primary contact for assigned group bookings and events, managing communication and planning professionally.Coordinating client site inspections, pre-event meetings, and event logistics with internal teams.Collaborating with departments such as F&B, Banqueting, Rooms Division, and AV to ensure seamless event execution.Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, including leads, client profiles, confirmations, and follow-ups.Assisting in compiling sales and event reports, monitoring timelines and deliverables.Providing administrative support to the Events and Sales team, contributing to team goals, and participating in training and development activities.Why you will love this job: Work in a dynamic environment where each day offers new challenges.Opportunity to learn new skills, receive mentorship, and grow your career.Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun team.Enjoy benefits like staff discounts and an inspiring workplace.Ideal qualifications and experience include: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or events.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.What we offer: We support our team members with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, impressive room discounts, and industry-leading training.
