As part of their continued growth and commitment to embedding AI across the business, they re now looking for an exceptional AI Engineering Manager to lead and scale their AI innovation function.This is a hands-on leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic oversight and people management. If you re passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and want to help shape cutting-edge solutions in real-world environments, this could be the role for you.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development Lead the development of advanced AI/ML models, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks Architect state-of-the-art NLP systems using libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers and spa Cy Implement and optimise vector search solutions using platforms like Weaviate, Pinecone, or Milvus Contribute to the design of autonomous and multi-agent systems Work with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, GANs)Apply advanced transformer models (e.g., BERT, T5, Vi T) for NLP and computer vision problems Strategic & Technical Management Own and drive the AI technology roadmap in alignment with company strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into multiple business areas Lead architectural decisions for scalable, cloud-based AI systems Oversee multiple AI initiatives and balance resources accordingly Team & People Leadership Build and lead a high-performance AI engineering team Mentor and develop engineering talent across all levels Support recruitment and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning Ideal Candidate Technical Expertise Expert-level proficiency in Python, and strong experience with Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and scikit-learn Hands-on with vector databases and similarity search systems Practical knowledge in reinforcement learning, generative AI, and transformer models Experience with MLOps, big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop), and cloud/edge computing environments Leadership Background7+ years of technical experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years leading engineering teams Track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions Comfortable in Agile environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to balance technical depth with commercial priorities Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Recognised contributions to AI projects or research (e.g., publications or open-source work)What s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience and market benchmarks Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive private healthcare and life insurance Generous annual leave and parental leave Paid training, certification, and ongoing professional development support Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
