Rooted in a multidisciplinary ecosystem we empower patients to take ownership of their health through education evidencebased interventions and movement practice.We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal team someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering highquality care.Role Summary The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in musculoskeletal and postoperative rehabilitation and an interest in integrating VALD Performance Assessment Equipment (e.g. Force Decks) into their assessment and treatment strategy. You will play a pivotal role in helping patients recover from injury build resilience and enhance performance through individualised plans and collaborative care.Key Responsibilities Deliver evidencebased assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including pre/postoperative rehabilitation.Design and implement progressive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient goals.Utilise VALD Performance Systems to assess monitor and guide patient outcomes with a datainformed approach.Collaborate with our team of osteopaths chiropractors naturopaths and movement coaches to create integrated care plans.Educate patients about injury prevention biomechanics functional movement and longterm health strategies.Maintain accurate and uptodate clinical documentation and patient notes.Participate in internal CPD team training and ongoing development aligned with Joint Space philosophies.Contribute to workshops seminars or movementbased offerings within the Joint Space ecosystem as appropriate.Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physiotherapy (recognized by UAE licensing authority).DHA license or eligibility.Proficiency or interest in using VALD equipment (Force Decks Nord Bord Force Frame etc..Solid understanding of strength and conditioning principles in a rehab context.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and holistic setting.Passion for ongoing learning and professional growth.Desirable (Not Essential)Experience working with athletes or active populations.Familiarity with movement screening tools and functional assessment systems.Interest or experience in integrative approaches to rehab (e.g. manual therapy dry needling biofeedback etc..Interest in contributing to education within the Joint Space framework.What We Offer A progressive collaborative clinic culture that values innovation learning and patient empowerment.Access to cuttingedge rehab technology including VALD equipment Hyperbaric Oxygen Red Light Therapy PEMF Infrared Saunas Cold baths and more.Opportunities for professional growth through workshops mentorship and educational development with Finding Zero.A space that blends art medicine and movement situated in the heart of Dubai s creative district Alserkal Avenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr
