Senior Physiotherapist

The Senior Physiotherapist is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist who is responsible for providing a high standard of physiotherapy care to a wide range of patients. The role also involves mentoring and supporting junior physiotherapists, and contributing to the development of the physiotherapy service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a high standard of physiotherapy care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular conditions.Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and formulate effective treatment plans.Use a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy to treat patients.Educate and empower patients to manage their own condition and promote their recovery.Work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.Mentor and support junior physiotherapists in their professional development.Contribute to the development of the physiotherapy service through research, audit, and service development initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
